Mr. Morton oversees business development, investor relations and all legal responsibilities for Centennial Holding Company, LLC. He practiced law for 35 years, most recently with the law firm Burr & Forman, LLP, where he earned significant experience in real estate and middle market private company transactions. He received his B.A. in History from the University of Georgia and his J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law where he served on the editorial board of the Georgia Law Review.

Morton currently serves on the Board of Directors of several privately held corporations, is a past Chairman of both the University of Georgia Foundation and the University of Georgia School of Law Board of Visitors, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Georgia Real Estate Foundation.
