W. Porter Payne Jr.
             

As a founding member, Mr. Payne is responsible for the strategic direction and overall leadership of the company. As Centennial's CEO, he oversees all strategy plan execution, investor relations, and capital raising.

Prior to Centennial, Mr. Payne was a pivotal contributor to the growth of WebMD where he was among the first employees. During his tenure, the company grew to more than 9,000 employees with annual revenues in excess of $2.1 billion. Additionally, he was instrumental in helping raise over $3 billion in private equity and making more than thirty corporate acquisitions.

Mr. Payne attended the University of Georgia where he majored in International Business.
