Mr. Watkins, as Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for all operational functions of the company which includes transactional due diligence, asset and fund management, property tax consulting, corporate marketing, and human resources. Since joining Centennial in 2007, he has managed the due diligence efforts on over $7 billion in transaction volume and has been integrally involved in the operational management of the firm’s holdings which have comprised over 50,000 units throughout the Southeast.

Mr. Watkins received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Bachelor of Business Administration, and Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
