Bronson D. Smith
As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Smith is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisition and disposition opportunities. He has direct oversight over Centennial’s asset acquisition and disposition functions. Since joining Centennial in 2011, he has initiated $5.6 billion in transaction volume (acquisitions and dispositions) encompassing 25,000 units in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Mr. Smith served as Centennial’s Director, Acquisitions & Dispositions, from 2011 to 2019.
Mr. Smith comes to Centennial after a career in industrial real estate, most recently as Investments Manager at IDI, Inc. (Industrial Developments International). He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a licensed Georgia real estate broker.
Mr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He serves on the University of Virginia College of Arts & Sciences Atlanta Regional Board and Fernbank Museum of Natural History’s Corporate Leadership Council.
